    景观桥梁往往以整体造型优美、结构外形别致为特色,因而经常采用流线形轮廓的混凝土异形墩柱,其模板支架体系的施工安全性问题异常突出。基于此,首先回顾了桥墩模板施工安全分析的国内外研究现状,然后以某典型景观桥梁异形墩柱为背景,利用 MIDAS/Civil对其施工过程模板支架体系进行了详细的有限元模拟,并对面板、边筋、竖筋的内力、变形及整体稳定性进行了深入分析,评价了其施工安全性。研究表明:为保证模板体系安全性,应建立包括合理单元类型、边界条件的有限元模型,同时应重点考虑湿浇混凝土及风荷载分布特点和施加方式,在此基础上,提出相适宜的模板加强及质量控制措施,提供施工指导建议。本文研究成果可为同类异形墩柱模板施工安全性分析提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Landscape bridges are often characterized by beautiful overall shape and unique structural shape, so the concrete special-shaped pier with streamline shape is often used, and the construction safety of its formwork support system is extremely prominent. Firstly, the current status of domestic and international research on the safety analysis of bridge pier formwork construction was reviewed. Secondly, a typical landscape bridge with shaped piers was used as a background, and a detailed finite element simulation of its construction process formwork support system was carried out using MIDAS/Civil. Finally, the internal force, deformation and overall stability of the panels, side bars and vertical bars were analyzed in depth to evaluate its construction safety. The research suggest that, firstly, in order to ensure the safety of the formwork system, a finite element model including reasonable cell types and boundary conditions should be established. Secondly, with emphasis on the characteristics and application methods of the wet cast concrete and wind load distribution. Finally, appropriate formwork strengthening and quality control measures are proposed and construction guidance is provided. The results of this paper can be used to analyse the construction safety of similar shaped pier formwork.
