    摘要:

    抗生素菌渣作为制药行业生产中产生的危险废物,已经严重制约了我国制药行业的发展。为对其进行综合利用,寻找一种新型、环境友好的处理方法成为整个抗生素行业面临的重要课题。综述了近几年运用物理、化学和生物法等方法从菌渣中提取蛋白质、壳聚糖和麦角固醇等活性物质的工艺研究进展,分析了各提取工艺的优劣以及这些活性物质的应用现状。最后通过结合抗生素菌渣的特性,分析了从抗生素菌渣中提取活性物质的问题,并对其解决方案进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Antibiotic bacterial residue, as the waste produced in the pharmaceutical industry, has seriously restricted the development of the pharmaceutical industry in China. In order to make comprehensive use of it, finding a new and environmentally friendly treatment method has become an important subject for the entire antibiotic industry. In this paper, the progress in the process of extracting protein, chitosan and ergosterol from bacterial residue by physical, chemical and biological methods in recent years was reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each process and the application status of these active substances were analyzed. Finally, based on the characteristics of antibiotic residue, the problems of extracting active substances from antibiotic residue were analyzed, and the solutions were prospected.
