    摘要:

    普通旋流器在形成稳定燃烧的回流区时会形成旋流状态,气流过大,火核易被吹灭,并且限制了燃烧室的效率。为改善这种旋流场环境,强化燃烧室的燃烧稳定性,基于对旋进涡核的两种绕轴运动和微弱旋流影响的改善,提出了一种双向变截面直流孔型旋流器,变截面直流孔减速板则会明显消除微弱旋流的扰动。基于旋流器出口对气流的影响,提出唇形出口使高速气流中心真空,从而形成中心低压区,在具有更高减速效率的同时不会形成螺旋延伸气流。通过气流的流通-阻滞模型设计新型的旋流器,以影响该流阻模型的三个主要因素为基础,建立三因素七水平的正交实验,通过极差分析和方差分析,减速孔数目、减速孔半径、减速板面积均对流阻比有显著影响,并且得到了一组最优组合参数 。拟合并推导出的流阻比公式为优化目标函数,通过遗传算法优化得到相应减速板的面积S时,其减速孔的数目 减速孔的半径 m时具有最好的减速效果,并经这种减速效果累加即得到总的流阻比为 。通过计算流体仿真fluent,以入口处的流速、压强为条件进行仿真,得到的流速、压强可使燃烧室稳定燃烧,改善了气流打旋,唇形出口也形成了低压回流区,满足设计要求。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, When a stable combustion backflow zone is formed in a conventional cyclone, a swirl state will be formed. The excessive airflow will easily blow out the core and limit the efficiency of the combustion chamber . In order to improve the swirl field environment and enhance the combustion stability of the combustor, based on the improvement of the influence of two kinds of axial motion and weak swirl in the precession vortex core, a bi-directional dc pass type with variable cross-section is proposed, and the disturbance of weak swirl can be obviously eliminated by the dc orifice with variable cross-section.Based on the influence of cyclone outlet on air flow, it is proposed that lip outlet makes the center of high-speed air flow empty, thus forming the central low pressure area, which has higher deceleration efficiency and does not form spiral extending air flow.Through the circulation of air - block model design, new types of hydrocyclone in the three main factors affecting the flow resistance model as the foundation, set up seven levels of three factors orthogonal experiment, through the extreme difference analysis and variance analysis, braking slows hole number, hole radius, area of convective resistance than those with significant influence, and get a set of optimum combination parameters .The flow resistance ratio formula derived from the proposed combination is the optimization objective function. When the area of the corresponding reduction plate S is optimized by genetic algorithm, the number of reduction holes n=40 and the radius of the reduction holes R =0.0059m have the best reduction effect, and the total flow resistance ratio is 0.73 after the accumulation of such reduction effects.Through the computational fluid simulation Fluent, the flow rate and pressure at the inlet were used as the simulation conditions. The flow rate and pressure obtained could stabilize the combustion chamber, improve the swirl of airflow, and the lip outlet also formed a low-pressure reflux zone, meeting the design requirements.
