    在西南地区建设的各类工程中,填方区域经常将砂泥岩混合料作为工程填料。填方土料在雨季时会经受饱水作用,导致土料性质劣化,严重可导致回填区域发生变形,在其上的结构物也可能会变形甚至失稳。基于成都天府国际机场现场砂泥岩混合料,通过使用GDS三轴仪研究砂泥岩填料湿化变形特性,进一步得出考虑湿化变形时的地基沉降量。试验结果表明,湿样的应力应变曲线呈S型,干样的应力应变曲线呈软化型;砂泥岩填料在注水初期的变形增长相对较快,用不到20%的变形时间发生整体80%的变形量;通过指数拟合得到湿化变形量计算公式,并提出一种考虑湿化变形的分层总和计算法,通过数值模拟验证其公式的可靠性。可见试验结果和理论公式对于实际工程应用以及科学研究具有重大价值意义。

    Abstract:

    In various construction projects in southwest China, sand and mudstone mixture is often used as engineering filler in the filling area. During the rainy season, the filling soil will experience the effect of filling water, leading to the deterioration of soil properties, which can seriously lead to the deformation of the backfill area, and the structure on it may also be deformed or even unstable. Based on the sand and mudstone mixture at The site of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, the wetting deformation characteristics of sand and mudstone filler were studied by using GDS triaxial instrument, and the settlement amount of foundation considering the wetting deformation was obtained. The experimental results show that the stress-strain curve of wet sample is S-shaped and that of dry sample is softened. The deformation growth of sand and mudstone filler in the initial stage of water injection is relatively fast, and 80% of the overall deformation occurs in less than 20% of the deformation time. The formula of wetting deformation is obtained by exponential fitting, and a layered summation calculation method considering wetting deformation is proposed. The reliability of the formula is verified by numerical simulation. It can be seen that the experimental results and theoretical formulas are of great value to practical engineering applications and scientific research.
