    摘要:

    为了指导湍流等离子体发生器的结构设计,本文基于自行研制的两路进气式湍流等离子体发生器,采用实验的手段探究了主气和保护气流量对湍流等离子体发生器工作特性(热效率、热焓值、弧压)的影响。实验结果表明:①湍流等离子体发生器的弧压随着主气流量的增加而升高,而受保护气流量的影响很小;另外,弧压随着弧电流增加而降低。②湍流等离子体发生器的热效率随着主气流量的增加而升高,但随着弧电流的增加而降低;保护气流量对热效率的影响随着电弧电流的增加而逐渐减小。③湍流等离子体发生器的热焓值随着主气和保护气流量的增加而减小,但随着电流的增加而增加,且最后趋于一个稳定值。④在湍流等离子体发生器工作过程中,其平均弧压高达160 V,产生的高电压、低电流的伏安特性有助于提高湍流等离子体发生器的电极使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    In order to guide the design of the turbulent plasma torch (TPT), A new TPT with two gas injection channels was proposed firstly. Then, based on the proposed TPT, the experiments to study the influences of the gas flow rates on the characteristics of the proposed TPT were conducted and the experimental results were discussed. The experimental results show that ① the arc voltage of the TPT increases with the increase of the main gas flow rate, while it is little influences by the auxiliary gas flow rate; In addition, the arc voltage decreases with the increase of arc current. ② The thermal efficiency of the TPT increases with the increase of main gas flow rate, while it decreases with the increase of arc current; the influences of the auxiliary gas flow rate on the thermal efficiency gradually decreases with the increase of arc current. ③ The specific enthalpy of the TPT decreases with increasing the main and auxiliary gas flow rates, but increases with the increases of arc current and eventually tends to a stable value. ④ During the operation of the TPT, the mean arc voltage is up to 160 V, which generates voltampere characteristics of high voltages and low currents that help to prolong the electrode lifespan of the turbulent plasma torch.
