    准噶尔盆地南缘钻井地层复杂,有机盐钻井液具有抑制性强、抗高温等优良性能,目前主要在二开井段使用。三开及更深井段的地层温度高,抗高温磺化钻井液和油基钻井液体系面临严苛的环保压力,而当前有机盐钻井液在高温高密度条件下面临流变性恶化和滤失量大的问题。通过研究,认为影响有机盐钻井液性能的主要是降滤失剂和加重剂。本研究在二开用有机盐体系的基础上引入封堵剂改性纳米SiO2和聚合物降失水剂HF-1,并优化重晶石粒度级配,研制了可满足高温高压地层的高密度有机盐钻井液体系。室内评价表明该体系性能较之前明显改善,在密度为2.4 g/cm3,180 ℃条件下流变良好且高温高压失水量为13.5 ml,滚动回收率高达97%,8 h膨胀率仅4.7%,可抗盐至12%,抗钙污染为2%,抗岩屑污染10%,可为准噶尔盆地南缘复杂深井地层钻井提供给可选择的高温高密度有机盐钻井液体系。

    Abstract:

    The drilling stratum in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin is complex, and organic salt drilling fluid has excellent performance such as strong inhibition and high temperature resistance. At present, it is mainly used in the second spud of the well. The formation temperature of the third spud and deeper spuds is high, and the high-temperature resistant sulfonated drilling fluid and oil-based drilling fluid systems are facing severe environmental pressures, while the current organic salt drilling fluids face deterioration in rheology and fluid loss under high-temperature and high-density conditions. It is believed that the main factors affecting the performance of organic salt drilling fluids are fluid loss additives and weighting agents. A polymeric filtrate reducer HF-1 and nano-SiO2 plugging agent were added into an organic salt drilling fluid used in the second spud of the well, followed by optimization of barite particle size in order to develop a high-performance organic salt drilling fluid which favorably maintains its properties under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The laboratory tests revealed that the performance of the system is significantly improved compared to before, the developed drilling fluid having a density of 2.4 g/cm3 had a good rheology at 180℃. Moreover, the high temperature and pressure filtrate loss volume was 13.5 mL, but also the drilled cuttings recovery rate reached 97% with an expansivity rate of 4.7%. In addition, the tolerance to NaCl, CaCl2 and drilled cuttings of the developed fluid were up to 12%, 2%, and 10%, respectively, suggesting that the developed drilling fluid could provide a selectable high-temperature and high-density organic salt drilling fluid system for drilling complex deep well formations on the southern margin of the Junggar Basin.
