    摘要:

    在自行加榴炮的诸多战术指标之中,药温能够在很大程度上影响其发射初速及射程。本文以多孔介质传热模型为理论基础,建立火炮装药传热模型,利用有限容积法离散化处理所建立的数学模型,得到相应的差分计算格式,并对自行加榴炮的装药温度场进行模拟仿真。通过理论计算结果与试验测试数据的对比,表明所建的理论模型能够正确反映发射装药的温度变化规律,模拟结果具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Among the many tactical indicators of self-propelled gun howitzer, the charge temperature can greatly affect its muzzle velocity and the range of gun. In this paper, the heat transfer model of gun charge is established based on the porous medium heat transfer theory. The mathematical model established by the discretization of the finite volume method is used to obtain the corresponding difference calculation format. The charge temperature field of self-propelled gun howitzer is simulated. The comparison between the theoretical calculation results and the test data shows that the established theoretical model can correctly reflect the temperature change law of propellant charge, and the simulation results have certain reference value.
