    摘要:

    为实现电机控制器算法验证,提出了一种基于半实物仿真的新能源汽车电机控制器的测试平台设计方法。首先在Simulink上搭建永磁同步电机矢量控制算法模型及故障诊断算法模型,并将代码下载到DSP电机控制板中。然后搭建逆变器、永磁同步电机模型并下载到FPGA板卡运行,连接DSP对电机控制算法进行测试。永磁同步电机模型可以作为该仿真平台中的电机模型,既可以是基于d-q变换的PMSM模型,也可以是基于有限元分析(Finite Element Analysis,简称FEA)的PMSM模型。在HIL仿真平台上测试了控制器基本功能及逆变器开路和短路等故障模式,验证了控制器控制功能以及故障检测算法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the arithmetic validation of the motor controller, a design method about a test platform based on semi-physical simulation for new energy motor controller was proposed. Firstly, the algorithm model of the PMSM vector control as well as fault diagnosis were built on Simulink, and the code was downloaded to DSP motor control board. Then, the inverter and PSMS models were built and downloaded to FPGA board card for operation. DSP was connected to test the motor control algorithm. The PMSM model can be used as the motor model in this simulation platform, which can be either a PMSM model based on d-q transformation or a PMSM model based on Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The basic functions of the controller as well as the fault modes such as open circuit and short circuit of the inverter are tested on the HIL simulation platform, and the feasibility of the controller's control functions and fault detection algorithm was verified.
