    摘要:

    水泥混凝土路面具有强度高,耐久性好的特点,适用于高寒高海拔等特殊地区,但其施工时受现场气温和施工工艺影响较大且养生时间长。预制式水泥混凝土路面具有工厂化生产、施工便捷等优点,可适用于对特殊地区路面病害进行快速修复,也可用于解决传统水泥混凝土路面施工的相关问题。本文主要阐述了预制式水泥混凝土路面的研究和应用现状,分别从设计和施工两个角度对四种应用形式:混凝土预制块、预制板块拼接修复、连续装配式水泥混凝土路面、预应力装配式水泥混凝土路面进行分析总结,系统归纳了现有预制式路面的结构和工艺特点,最后对现有技术进行评价与展望。

    Abstract:

    The cement concrete pavement has the advantages of high strength and good durability, which can be used in special regions, such as permafrost and seasonal-frost regions. However, the performance of cement concrete pavement can be greatly influenced by the surrounding temperature and the quality of construction, and its curing time is relatively longer. The precast concrete pavement can address the common issues of using the ordinary cement concrete as the pavement surface material, and it also provides an alternative solution for rapid repair of pavement surface distresses. The research status and application of the precast concrete pavement were elaborated in this review. Four engineering applications were assessed in terms of design and construction, including concrete block pavement, precast concrete pavement for repairing, prefabricate concrete pavement, and precast prestressed concrete pavement, respectively. The structure and construction technologies of precast concrete pavement were summarized systematically, and evaluation and prospect of this technology were put forward.
