According to relating regulations and the character of equipment, evaluation index system of equipment maintenance quality is put forward, and given a approach to standard the index system. Meanwhile, it establishes an evaluation model of equipment maintenance quality. Through training, the model has the evaluation function of equipment maintenance quality. The result of experimentation shows: used in the evaluation of equipment maintenance quality, the mode can reduce the influence of artificial factors in the traditional approaches; and evaluation error is very small.
