    摘要:

    为满足冬季凝冰地区道路路面特殊的使用环境,采用等质量置换法将微表处集料中的矿粉置换为抗凝冰填料,制备成抗凝冰微表处。通过掺入不同掺量的抗凝冰填料,对比分析微表处混合料的路用性能及抗凝冰效果的变化规律。结果表明:抗凝冰填料的掺入对微表处的耐磨耗性能、抗水损性能有一定的负面作用,对抗滑性能略有降低;微表处混合料中盐分的析出抑制了路面结冰,延长冰层的形成时间及降低冰层形成后的强度。与普通微表处相比,抗凝冰微表处具有较好的抑制凝冰效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the special use environment of road pavement in winter ice-condensed areas, the mineral powder in the aggregate at the micro surfacing is replaced with anti-icing filler by equal mass replacement method to prepare the anti-icing micro surfacing. By incorporating different amounts of anti-icing filler, the road performance and anti-icing effectiveness of the mixture at the micro surfacing are compared and analyzed. The results show that the incorporation of anti-icing filler has a certain negative effect on the abrasion resistance and moisture damage resistance of the micro surfacing, and has reduced slightly on the anti-sliding performance; the precipitation of the salt in the mixture at the micro surfacing inhibits the pavement icing, prolong the formation time of ice layer and reduce the strength after its formation. Compared with the ordinary micro surfacing, the anti-icing micro surfacing has a better effect of inhibiting icing.
