    摘要:

    旋转导向系统是一种具有高科技含量自动化钻井新技术,对石油天然气钻井提高井眼轨迹精确度和钻进能力、降低钻柱摩阻等方面具有重要的作用。针对当前旋转导向系统研究的热点和问题,总结分析了国内外旋转导向背景意义、技术组合、工作原理和发展水平等,并对典型旋转导向系统重点做了详细阐述,具体阐明了推靠式旋转导向技术的难点和关键点。为了获得在钻井领域对未来技术制高点的掌控,最后对旋转导向系统进一步的实际工程价值和技术趋势做了展望和分析,将对开发旋转导向系统和研究方向具有切实的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Rotary steering system is a new high-tech content automatic drilling technology, which plays an important role in improving the accuracy of well trajectory and drilling capacity, reducing the friction of drill string and so on. In view of the hot spots and problems in the current research of rotary guidance system, this paper summarizes and analyzes the background significance, technical combination, working principle and development level of rotary guidance technology at home and abroad, and expounds in detail the key points and difficulties of push type rotary guidance technology. In order to control the future technology commanding point in the field of drilling, finally, the practical engineering value and technology trend of the rotary steering system are prospected and analyzed, which will have practical guiding significance for the development of the rotary steering system and research direction.
