Abstract:In order to optimize the comfort of the wind environment inside the traditional yards in the villages of southeast Shanxi, and to provide reference for solving the problem of bad wind environment in the cities, the wind environment of the traditional yards in the villages of southeast Shanxi was quantitatively studied. Based on the field survey and mapping of the layout of typical traditional settlements in Southeast Shanxi, the basic form of the courtyard is divided into 21 working conditions, and the quantitative analysis is carried out based on CFD simulation analysis. The wind speed ratio evaluation method is used to discuss different wind environment requirements in summer and winter. The yard shape of each working condition is quantified to analyze the coupling relationship between the average wind speed ratio and the building volume in each working condition. The results show that several schemes in the "mouth" type courtyard with buildings fully enclosed can better take into account the functions of heat dissipation in summer and cold resistance in winter, and the layout of with high West Wing and low east wing can create a better wind environment in yards. The monotonous range of wind speed ratio curve is mainly determined by the enclosure form of residential buildings, and the monotony is mainly determined by the combination height of residential buildings.
