    摘要:

    随着边缘计算的兴起与边缘设备计算能力的提升,网络边缘侧开始拥有足够的计算能力和决策能力来提供实时性更强、反馈速度更快、可靠性更高的智能服务。本文将以网络边缘侧作为应用背景进行心电信号(electrocardiosignal, ECG)处理技术的研究,结合形态学滤波与平滑滤波对心电信号进行去噪;以差分阈值法为基础进行R波检测算法的设计,通过引入一阶差分平方作为补充、使用RR间期对波峰进行筛选、阈值自适应更新等方法,减小噪声对R波检测算法的影响,提高R波检测的准确率。结果表明,该算法具有较高的可靠性和实时性。

    Abstract:

    With the rise of edge computing and the improvement of computing power of edge devices, the edge of network has been given enough computing power and decision-making ability, and it can be used to provide intelligent services which have stronger real-time performance, faster feedback speed and higher reliability. The edge of the network is used as the application background for the study of ECG signal processing technology, and morphological filtering and smooth filtering are combined for denoising ECG signals. The R wave detection algorithm was based on the difference threshold method. The first-order difference square, filter the peak and updating threshold adaptively are used to reduce the influence of noise on the R wave detection algorithm and improve the accuracy of R wave detection. It shows that this algorithm has high reliability and real-time performance from the results.
