    摘要:

    终端区管制运行效率评估中指标信息间具有差异性且量纲不统一的特点。针对传统的主成分分析法对数据做标准化处理时会消除指标间差异性的不足,基于改进的主成分分析法并结合熵值法的客观性提出了一种终端区管制运行效率的集成综合评估模型。该模型运用均值化代替标准化处理指标数据,借助SPSS23软件分别得出改进的主成分分析法和熵值法评估排序结果。将两种评估结果通过一致性检验得到最终的终端区管制运行效率集成综合评估值及排序结果。算例结果表明,所建立的评估模型可以更高效的评估终端区管制运行效率。

    Abstract:

    The index information in the control operation efficiency evaluation of the terminal area has the characteristics of difference and non-uniform dimension. Aiming at the traditional principal component analysis method to standardize the data, it will eliminate the shortcomings of the differences between indicators. Based on the improved principal component analysis method and the objectivity of the entropy method, an integrated comprehensive evaluation of the control operation efficiency of the terminal area is proposed. model. The model uses averaging instead of standardized processing index data, and uses SPSS23 software to obtain improved principal component analysis and entropy method to evaluate the ranking results. The two evaluation results are passed through the consistency test to obtain the final comprehensive evaluation value and ranking result of the terminal area control operation efficiency. The results of the calculation example show that the established evaluation model can evaluate the control operation efficiency of the terminal area more efficiently.
