    摘要:

    BIM与大数据集成应用为项目智慧化管理提供新方法,该领域近年来深受国内外学者关注。为了更全面了解该领域的研究情况,以Web of Science数据库研究类文献及中国知网数据库期刊文献作为数据来源,运用文献计量可视化方法,以Citespace、Ucnet软件为分析工具,梳理2014—2019年期间发表的文献,绘制可视化知识图谱,从研究热点、研究演进趋势两个方面进行分析。结果表明:国内外BIM+大数据集成研究各有所侧重点,以智能管理和智慧决策为目标,深度集成物联网、云计算、人工智能等新兴技术,服务于智慧城市建设与智慧建造的发展是未来研究趋势。

    Abstract:

    The integration of BIM and big data provides a new method for intelligent project management, which has attracted much attention from scholars at home and abroad in recent years.In order to more comprehensive understanding of the research in this field, With research literature of Web of Science database and journal literature of database as data sources,Using bibliometrics and visualization method, Using Citespace and Ucnet as analysis tools, combing the literature published during 2014-2019, a visual knowledge mapping, from two aspects of research hot spots, evolution trend are analyzed.The results show that the research on BIM+ big data integration at home and abroad has its own emphases. It is a future research trend to deeply integrate emerging technologies such as Internet of things, cloud computing and artificial intelligence with the aim of intelligent management and intelligent decision-making, and to serve the development of smart city construction and smart construction.
