    低熟页岩油是21世纪非常重要的接替能源,低熟页岩油的开采需对地层持续加热,当地层温度升至400℃左右才能裂解产生油气物质,而在长期高温加热情况下会造成完井管串变形损伤、水泥环密封失效等情况,导致井筒完整性失效,影响油气资源安全高效开发。为此,利用有限元分析软件建立了低熟页岩油井筒组合体密封完整性模型,结合水泥石强度试验,开展了高温开采井筒完整性研究。研究结果表明,提高加热器温度及注气压力可有效提高地层加热效果;当水泥石温度大于175℃时,水泥环失效,套管屈服强度降低,采用热应力补偿器可消除套管热应力,确保低熟页岩开采井筒安全环保生产。

    Abstract:

    Immature shale oil is an important alternative energy in the 21st century. The exploitation of immature shale oil requires continuous heating of the formation. When the formation temperature rises to about 40℃, oil and gas can be produced. But in the case of long-term high-temperature heating, it will cause deformation damage of completion string and failure of cement ring seal, which will lead to wellbore integrity failure. And it will affect the safe and efficient development of oil and gas resources. Therefore, the finite element analysis software is used to establish the integrity model of the immature shale oil wellbore combination, and the integrity research of the high temperature production well bore is carried out in combination with the strength test of cement. The results show that the formation heating effect can be effectively improved by increasing the heater temperature and gas injection pressure. When the cement temperature is higher than 175℃, the cement sheath fails and the yield strength of casing decreases. The use of thermal stress compensator can eliminate the thermal stress of casing, and ensure the safety and environmental protection production of low mature shale production shaft.
