为了研究内置波纹管空心楼盖的刚度,综合考虑了材料和构造的各向异性,对内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的刚度理论公式进行修正及改进,并建立数值模型,分析了在不同荷载作用下四边简支边界条件下内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的挠度。有限元模拟结果证明,基于本文提出的刚度公式计算出的内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的挠度最大误差为2.82%,精度得到了大幅度的提高,且形式较简单,为研究内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的力学性能奠定了理论基础。 |

In order to study the stiffness of the hollow corrugated floor with built-in bellows, the anisotropy of materials and structures was comprehensively considered, and the theoretical formula of the stiffness of the hollow corrugated cylindrical floor with corrugated pipes was revised and improved, and a numerical model was established to analyze the effects of different loads The deflection of the built-in corrugated cylindrical hollow floor under the condition of simply supported lower four sides. The finite element simulation results show that the maximum deflection of the built-in corrugated cylindrical hollow floor based on the stiffness formula proposed in this paper is 2.82%, the accuracy has been greatly improved, and the form is relatively simple. The mechanical properties of the floor laid a theoretical foundation. |
