进行了高速弹丸冲击试验研究了复合材料层压板侧向冲击的损伤情况,利用有限元方法建立了碳纤维增强树环氧基复合材料的三维冲击失效模型,研究计算了高速弹丸侧向冲击载荷下复合材料的失效过程。对比模拟结果与试验结果,发现两者吻合较好。研究发现侧向冲击损伤区域呈半圆状并且上下对称,侧向冲击损伤区域远大于面内冲击损伤区域,损伤模式主要表现为基体的开裂和基体的分层。研究采用的三维Hasin损伤判据与界面单元联合仿真的方法可得到与试验吻合的计算结果。 |

This paper examines the effects of lateral high-speed impacts on carbon fiber-reinforced polymer laminates. Experimental tests were conducted at varying velocities, and the differing damage modes between lateral impacts were analyzed. Dynamic finite element analysis was performed to simulate the damage process using the FE software, ABAQUS. The simulation shows a good correlation with the experimental results. |
