新一代国家突发事件预警信息发布系统为了在突发事件发生前,能够权威、及时、有效的发布预警信息,争取更多的时间做好灾前应对准备,减少人员伤亡。平台在设计与实现上基于云服务模式,将系统架构分为软件服务层(SaaS)、平台服务资源池(PaaS)、数据共享服务资源池(DaaS)、基础设施资源池(IaaS)。本文分别从平台架构、功能和信息接口、数据流程进行了详细描述,提出国省两级节点建设的设计和实现思路,为现在及未来各级预警发布系统建设提供科学、合理的参考。 |

In order to be able to release early warning information in an authoritative, timely and effective manner before an emergency occurs, the new-generation national early warning release system strived for more time to prepare for disasters and reduce casualties. The platform was designed and implemented based on the cloud service model. The system architecture was divided into software service layer (SaaS), platform service resource pool (PaaS), data sharing service resource pool (DaaS), and infrastructure resource pool (IaaS). This article describes the platform architecture, function and information interfaces, and data flow process in detail, and proposes the design and implementation ideas of the node construction in the state and province level, which provides a scientific and reasonable reference for the construction of early warning release systems at all levels now and in the future. |
