    摘要:

    煤矿机械装备维修再制造无损检测技术对于煤矿机械高效安全运行和煤矿安全快速发展具有重要意义。详细阐述了煤矿机械装备维修再制造无损检测技术,并对其预测过程进行了较为详细的论述与分析。指出煤矿机械装备维修再制造无损检测技术存在的问题,针对目前存在的问题,提出了未来无损检测应为智能化、数字化、自动化,由单一模式向复合模式新技术发展,检测设备向低能耗、高信噪比发展,未来应与断裂力学、材料力学有机结合检测的同时对寿命进行预测;其未来检测应基于煤矿环境,建立基于煤矿环境的无损检测评价体系以及技术网络,提高检测效率和准确度。

    Abstract:

    The maintenance and remanufacturing non-destructive testing technology of coal mine machinery equipment is of great significance to the efficient and safe operation of coal mine machinery and the rapid development of coal mine safety. The maintenance and remanufacturing nondestructive testing technology of coal mine machinery and equipment is described in detail, and its prediction process is discussed and analyzed in detail. In view of the existing problems, it is proposed that the future NDT should be intelligent, digital and automatic, from single mode to composite mode, and the testing equipment should develop to low energy consumption and high signal-to-noise ratio. In the future, it should be combined with fracture mechanics and material mechanics to predict the life of the equipment.
