      基于一种本文提出的考虑摩擦的PPR内聚力模型,采用试验与数值模拟方法,针对无机结合料稳定基层沥青路面层间连接薄弱,引起的层间滑移、拥包等病害的问题进行研究。首先,通过直接剪切试验测试沥青面层和无机结合料稳定类基层之间的连接特性,包括:抗剪强度、摩擦系数、剪切位移-剪切应力关系。然后,对层间连接效果进行数值模拟仿真分析,并与试验结果进行比对。结果表明:在法向荷载作用下,层间剪切应力随位移的增大分为三个阶段:剪切应力强化阶段、软化阶段、残余阶段,数值分析结果与试验数据吻合程度较高,证明PPR内聚力模型能够准确的描述半刚性基层沥青路面的剪切行为,也能准确的预测法向荷载作用下复合试件的抗剪强度,在涉及层间行为的路面结构计算中此模型具有应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Based on a PPR cohesive model considering friction proposed in this paper, using the method of experiment and numerical simulation, this paper studies the problems of interlayer slip, swelling and other diseases caused by the weak interlayer connection of inorganic binder stabilized base asphalt pavement. Firstly, the connection characteristics between asphalt surface and inorganic binder stabilized base are tested by direct shear test, including shear strength, friction coefficient, relationship of shear displacement-shear stress. Then, the numerical simulation of the interlayer connection effect is carried out and compared with the test results. The results show that under normal load, the interlaminar shear stress can be divided into three stages with the increase of displacement: shear stress strengthening stage, softening stage and residual stage. The numerical results are in good agreement with the test data, which proves that this kind of PPR cohesive model can accurately describe the shear behavior of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, can also accurately predict the shear strength of composite specimens under normal load. This model has application value in the calculation of pavement structure involving interlayer behavior.
