    深部软岩巷道斜交主运大巷是矿山工程建设的技术难题之一,两巷交岔部位临空面积大、支护条件复杂,难以形成受力合理的承载体系,随着工作面推进中间岩柱的侧向约束逐渐缺失,常规支护无法达到控制巷道变形的目的。通过对小角度斜交巷道失稳机理的深入分析,提出采用钢桁架传递围岩压力、选用岩柱对穿锚索提供水平约束力的综合加固技术;依托潘四东矿1203下顺槽联络巷与主运大巷斜交工程,基于主、被动支护相协调的原则,提出了两种针对性的加强方案;通过建立数值仿真模型,分析了不同措施的巷道变形特性及加固效果,最终选择“锚网喷+U型棚+对穿锚索”的综合控制措施。通过实测数据表明,采用对穿锚索技术进行岩柱加固,能够有效改善围岩的受力状态,约束巷道的拱顶沉降及边墙位移,验证了新掘斜交巷道处理方案的可行性。得到的结论可为解决深部软弱地层小角度水平斜交巷道的支护问题提供一定理论指导。

    Abstract:

    Crossing roadway construction in deep soft strata is one of the technical problems in mine engineering construction. It’s difficult to form a bearing arch structure with reasonable force at the intersection of roadways. As the working face pushes forward the lateral constraint of the intermediate rock pillar is gradually missing, conventional supporting measures cannot achieve the purpose of controlling roadway deformation. Based on the deep analysis of the instability mechanism of the small Angle inclined roadway, a high strength strengthening technique is put forward, which uses steel truss to transfer the surrounding rock pressure and rock column to provide horizontal binding force to the anchor cable. Relying on the inclined project of 1203 connecting roadway of the lower gateway and main transport roadway in pansidong mine, two kinds of targeted strengthening support measures are proposed based on the principle of coordination between main and passive support. Through the establishment of numerical simulation model, the deformation characteristics and reinforcement effect of surrounding rock under different supporting measures were analyzed, and finally the comprehensive treatment scheme of "anchor mesh spraying + u-shaped roof + anchor rope piercing" was selected. The measured data show that the rock pillar reinforcement with anchor cable technology can effectively improve the stress state of surrounding rock, control the arch roof settlement and side wall displacement of the roadway, and verify the feasibility of the inclined roadway treatment scheme. The conclusion provides some theoretical guidance for solving the support problem of deep soft strata inclined roadway.
