      为了研究非工作模态振型对环形行波超声波电机运行性能的影响,本文在参考理想环形行波超声波电机接触模型的基础上,将相邻高阶模态振型与工作模态振型相结合,构建新的接触模型,并采用解析法推导了非工作模态影响下的环形行波超声波电机的输出特性。结果表明:电源频率距离工作模态频率越远,非工作模态振型占比越高;相同预压力和负载情况下,非工作模态振型占比越高,转矩转速波动越厉害;轻载时预压力越大,转速转矩波动越大,重载时情况与轻载时相反。由理论和实验分析可知非工作模态振型对电机输出的影响较大且比较复杂,本文的结论有助于为环形行波超声波电机的控制方案设计提供有价值的参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the influence of non working modal on the operation performance of ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor, a new contact model is constructed by combining the adjacent-higher-order modal with the working modal on the basis of reference to the ideal ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor contact model. The output characteristics of the ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor under the influence of the non working modal are derived by analytic method. The results show that: the farther the power frequency is from the working modal frequency, the higher proportion of non working modal vibration mode is; under the same preload and load, the higher the proportion of non working modal is, the more severe the fluctuation of torque and speed is; the greater the preload is, the greater the fluctuation of speed and torque is under light load, and the situation under heavy load is opposite to that under light load. From the theoretical and experimental analysis, it can be seen that the non working modal has a great influence on the motor output and is relatively complex. The conclusion of this paper can provide valuable reference for the control scheme design of ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor.
