研究牛蒡子炮制前后质量标志物的药效作用靶点,构建“成分-靶点-疾病”作用网络,解释牛蒡子炮制机理。 通过PharmMapper数据库筛选牛蒡子炮制前后6个质量标志物成分的潜在作用靶点,通过STRING数据库构建靶点蛋白相互作用网络;采用Cytoscape软件构建“成分-靶点-疾病”网络图。牛蒡子炮制前后质量标志物成分可通过多靶点作用,在抗肿瘤、抗炎、心脏损伤保护、抗高血压等方面发挥作用,且各个成分的相关作用靶点相互交联,共同发挥多靶点药效作用。通过网络药理学方法揭示了牛蒡子炮制前后质量标志物的主要药效作用,为进一步深入揭示其炮制机理提供了科学依据。 |

Objective To study the pharmacodynamic targets of quality markers of raw and processed Fructus Arctii, and to construct a "Component-Target-Disease" action network. Methods PharmMapper database was used to screen potential targets for six quality markers of raw and processed Fructus Arctii, STRING database was used to construct protein interaction network, and Cytoscape software was used to construct "Component-Target-Disease" network. Results Quality markers of raw and processed Fructus Arctii could play a role in anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, cardiac injury protection and anti-hypertension through multi-target action, and the related targets of each component were cross-linked to play a multi-target effect together. Conclusion The main pharmacodynamic effects of quality markers of raw and processed Fructus Arctii were revealed by network pharmacological method, which provided a scientific basis for further revealing the processing mechanism of Fructus Arctii. |
