      为研究土岩深基坑中超前支护微型钢管桩在不同工况下的承载性能,依托青岛某土岩结合地层基坑工程项目,以1根双排钢管桩的内排桩作为试验桩进行现场试验。通过在桩身表面两侧对称安装应变片,采集各种开挖深度及锚索或锚杆锁定工况下的钢管桩桩身应变值,探讨微型钢管桩弯矩的分布及变化规律。试验结果表明,在试验过程中22个应变片全部存活,所用应变片安装方法具有可行性和可靠性;随基开挖深度的增加,桩身弯矩整体上呈不断增大的趋势,沿深度呈上大下小的分布规律;锚索和锚索的锁定,能够显著减小桩身弯矩,可见双排微型钢管桩结合预应力锚索和锚杆在土岩结合地层基坑中具有较好的支护效果,试验结果可对土岩地层微型钢管桩的设计、施工提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the bearing capacity of steel micro-tube pile in advanced support in deep foundation pit of earth and rock under different working conditions, the in-row pile of one double-row steel pipe pile was used as the test pile for field test, based on a soil-rock foundation pit project in Qingdao. The strain gauges were symmetrically installed on both sides of the pile surface, and the strain values of the test steel tube pile under different excavation depths and construction conditions were measured. The distribution and variation rules of the bending moment of the steel tube pile were discussed. The test results showed that twenty two strain gauges survived during the test, and the strain gauge installation method was feasible and reliable. With the increase of foundation excavation depth, the pile bending moment showed an increasing trend, and the distribution law along the depth was large up and small down. Anchor cable and anchor cable locking can significantly reduce the pile bending moment. It can be seen that double-row steel micro-tube piles combined with prestressed anchor cable and bolt has a good supporting effect in the foundation pit of earth-rock combined stratum. The test results can provide reference and basis for the design of steel micro-tube pile in earth-rock combined stratum.
