      针对机场选址阶段不同场址方案之间净空条件对比缺少量化方法的现状,本文从障碍物对净空条件影响程度和范围两个方面出发对障碍物对净空条件影响的量化方法进行了研究。首先,提出了障碍物自身属性的定义和障碍物影响度的概念,构建了障碍物在净空区内的位置、障碍物物理特性、障碍物超高高度、坡度、投影面积等5个评价自身属性对净空条件影响的指标,给出了5个指标量化表达方法、权重和障碍物影响度计算方法;其次,以净空区障碍物遮蔽原则为基础,建立了净空区不同区域障碍物影响范围的确定方法;第三,在应用障碍物影响度修订障碍物影响范围的基础上,提出了障碍物影响率的概念,给出了计算方法;最后,以两个待选场址的净空条件对比为背景,应用本文的模型、方法进行了计算,得到了不同场址净空条件的量化对比结果。通过上述研究建立了机场选址阶段净空条件对比的量化方法,为选址阶段场址之间净空条件优劣的判定提供了一种新的思路与方法。

      In airport location stage, different site’ clearance condition lack of quantitative methods for the comparison. In order to solve this problem, the quantification method was studied from degree and scope of the influence of the obstacle to the clearance condition. Firstly, the definition of obstacle's own attribute and the concept of obstacle's influence degree were put forward, and five indexes which include position of obstacle, physical characteristics, superelevation, slope, projection area were constructed to evaluate the influence of obstacle's own attribute to the clearance condition, and five indexes’ quantitative expression method, weight and obstacle's influence degree calculation method were given. Secondly, based on the principle of obstacle shelter in the clearance area, the method to determine the influence range of obstacles in different areas of the clearance area was established; Thirdly, the concept of the influence rate of obstacles was put forward and the calculation method was given based on the revision of the influence range of obstacles by the influence degree. Finally, to comparison of the clearance conditions of the two airport sites to be selected, the model and method of this paper were used to calculate, and the quantitative comparison results were obtained. Through the above research, a quantitative method for comparing the clearance conditions at the airport site selection stage is established, which provides a new way of thinking and method for judging the advantages and disadvantages of the clearance conditions.
