    摘要:

    在新型地下粮仓中防水防潮是一大难题,现采用内衬塑料构件解决该难题。本文利用聚丙烯棒(PP棒)连接混凝土与聚丙烯板,通过中心拉拔试验研究了PP棒在混凝土中的粘结应力分布曲线及破坏形态,结果表明PP棒与混凝土粘结滑移曲线包括弹性阶段、局部开裂阶段以及下降阶段;影响PP棒在混凝土中的平均粘结应力的因素有PP棒表面形式、PP棒直径和混凝土强度,其中PP棒表面形式影响最大;在不同荷载作用下,试件自由端的粘结应力总是小于加载端的粘结应力且粘结应力峰值出现在加载端附近。

    Abstract:

    In the new underground granary, waterproof and moisture-proof are major problems, which are solved by the liner plastic. In this paper, polypropylene bar (PP bar) was used to connect concrete and polypropylene board. The bond stress distribution relationship and the failure form of the polypropylene (PP) rod in concrete were studied through a central pull test. The results show that the bond slip curves of the PP rods and concrete includes elastic stage, local cracking stage and falling stage. The effect factors of the average bond stress include the surface form of PP rod, the diameter of PP rod and the strength of concrete, and the surface form of PP rod has the greatest influence on the average bond stress. Under different loads, the bond stress at the free end of the specimen is always smaller than that at the loading end, and the peak of bond stress appears near the loading end.
