    摘要:

    应用基于概率分布的统计分析方法对涡轮叶片冷却效果试验的试验数据(燃气栅后雷诺数、燃气对冷气的总温比、冷气对燃气的流量比及冷却效果参数等)进行了进一步的精细处理,以便通过参数估计与统计推断得到更加准确的试验数据结论。绘制了上述间接测量值单个状态水平下的正态概率图、箱型图及概率密度分布图加高斯拟合曲线,对各测量数据值对正态分布的符合程度进行了定量分析,指出了离群值及置信区间。根据数据处理结果分析了影响数据概率分布好坏与否的关键因素,对该类试验具有较强的参考价值与实用价值,补充完善了相关试验领域的空白。

    Abstract:

    The statistical analysis method based on probability distribution was used to further refine the test data of the turbine blade cooling effectiveness test (Reynolds number behind the gas grid, the total temperature ratio of gas to cool air, the flow ratio of cool air to gas and cooling effectiveness parameter, etc.). In order to obtain more accurate test data conclusions through parameter estimation and statistical inference. The normal probability graph, box plot and probability density distribution graph plus Gaussian fitting curves at the single state level of the above indirect measured values were plotted, and the degree of conformity of each measured data value to the normal distribution was quantitatively analyzed, with the outliers and confidence intervals pointed out. Based on the data processing results, the key factors that affect the probability distribution of the data were analyzed, which is of a strong reference value and practical value for this type of tests, and supplements and improves the blanks in the relevant fields.
