    摘要:

    针对氩氧精炼铬铁合金过程,本文建立了一种基于抗饱和内模控制的氩氧精炼铬铁合金碳含量控制系统,且依据实际生产数据,构造了供氧速率饱和约束专家系统。通过对受到控制器饱和的内模控制器进行饱和补偿,弥补了系统控制量超出实际工艺水平的缺陷,在保证整个过程中冶炼温度不会超出限制的前提下,发挥出内模控制稳态无误差的特点,准确达到冶炼过程的预期目标。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a carbon content control system based on anti saturation internal model control is established for the process of argon oxygen refining ferrochromium alloy. At the same time, according to the actual production data, an expert system of oxygen supply rate saturation constraint is constructed. Through the saturation compensation of the internal model controller saturated by the controller, the defect that the system control quantity exceeds the actual process level is made up. On the premise that the smelting temperature does not exceed the limit in the whole process, the steady-state error free characteristic of the internal model control is exerted, and the expected goal of the smelting process is accurately achieved.
