    以某市双地道基坑开挖对既有高架桥桥墩变形影响为研究背景,采用简化模型、三维数值模拟以及实时监测等手段,来分析轻轨高架桥正常运营情况下不同施工方案对高架桥桥墩的位移变形影响。运用MIDAS-GTS建立三维整体计算模型来模拟地道基坑施工开挖次序,进而动态预测基坑支护结构及高架桥桥墩的位移变形状态,分析了双地道开挖在两种不同施工方案下的数据,得出更有利于施工安全建设的方案。计算结果表明:地道基坑开挖高架桥桥墩水平位移最大值为-3.68mm,竖向位移最大值为2.14mm;地道基坑支护结构水平位移最大值为11.89mm。数值模拟结果与主要监测数据对比分析表明,地道基坑开挖在各个阶段对高架桥桥墩的变形影响均在规范限值以内并与实际监测数据走向基本一致,不但能较好地反应实际施工情况,也可以确保轻轨高架桥正常运营的安全性。

    Abstract:

    Taking the excavation of double tunnel foundation pits in a city as an example of the influence of the pier deformation of an existing viaduct, the simplified model, three-dimensional numerical simulation and real-time monitoring were used to analyze the influence of different construction schemes on the displacement and deformation of the pier of the viaduct pier under normal operation conditions of the light rail viaduct. Using MIDAS-GTS to establish a three-dimensional overall calculation model to simulate the excavation sequence of the foundation pit construction, and then dynamically predict the displacement and deformation state of the foundation pit support structure and the viaduct pier, and analyze the data of double tunnel excavation under two different construction schemes to draw a plan that is more conducive to safe construction. The calculation results show that the maximum horizontal displacement of the viaduct piers during the excavation of the foundation pit is -3.68mm and the maximum vertical displacement is 2.14mm; the maximum horizontal displacement of the supporting structure of the foundation pit is 11.89mm. The comparative analysis between the numerical simulation results and the main monitoring data shows that the influence of the foundation pit excavation on the deformation of the viaduct pier at all stages is within the specification limit and is basically consistent with the actual monitoring data trend, which can not only reflect the actual construction situation, it can also ensure the safety of normal operation of the light rail viaduct.
