    设计了一种适用于微型涡喷发动机推力测量的摆架式测力装置,通过台架试车试验测量了发动机推力、转速等工作性能参数,以及发动机尾喷管进口总温、总压等热力状态参数,再利用一维气动理论和试车数据计算得出理论推力。结果显示实测推力与理论推力基本吻合,验证了推力测量方法的合理性。在此基础上进一步分析了发动机的单位推力、推重比、单位迎面推力等指标,研究表明该发动机高速性能优于低速性能,满负荷工况下发动机推重比为7.4,并且在结构紧凑性方面具有优化设计空间。

    Abstract:

    A pendulum type force measuring device was designed for thrust measurement of micro-turbojet engine. Working performance and thermal state parameters, such as thrust, rotational speed, total temperature and total pressure at inlet of nozzle of the engine, were collected by rig test experiment. Theoretical thrust was calculated based on one-dimensional aerodynamic theory and experimental data. It shows that the testing results coincide well with those by theoretical calculation, and the adopted method is reasonable. On this basis, performance indexes of specific thrust, thrust weight ratio and windward thrust were analyzed. The results show that, the engine high speed performance is better than low speed performance, the thrust weight ratio is 7.4 at extreme conditions, and there is potential for optimization in terms of structural compactness.
