    摘要:

    针对新疆地区智能汇控小室损坏率高,使用寿命短和存在拒动、误动的问题,提出220 kV汇控小室优化方案的研究。利用建模软件构建了新疆某地区220 kV变电站的三维模型,基于有限元方法进行变电站稳态电磁场分布研究,仿真数据与现场试验数据比较结果验证了该电学模型的准确性,对该模型采用空间寻优法获得智能汇控小室的最优安装位置方案。228个测点的工频电磁场仿真、试验对比数据平均误差为5.3%,满足变电站电压允许波动7%的要求;在平行进出线(X)、垂直母线(Y)、以及安装高度(Z)方向上工频电磁场衰减速度的正交试验表明,Y方向衰减速度最为显著,220/110 kV侧分别在(2,10,2)和(1.5,6,2)米处获得最佳安装位置方案。研究结果为进一步研究工频电磁场的变化特性和变电站二次设备安装路径优化提供一定的理论参考。

    Abstract:

    The damage rate is high, the service life is short, and there are some problems in intelligent control chamber in xinjiang,research on the optimization scheme of 220 kV control cabinet is proposed.A three - dimensional model of a 220 kV substation in xinjiang was built by using modeling software,The finite element method is used to study the steady state electromagnetic field distribution in substation,The comparison between simulation data and field test data verifies the accuracy of the electrical model,A spatial optimization method was used to obtain the optimal installation location of the intelligent control chamber.The mean error of power frequency electromagnetic field simulation and experimental comparison data of 228 measuring points is 5.3%,meet the requirement of 7% allowable fluctuation of substation voltage.The orthogonal experiments of the attenuation velocity of the power frequency electromagnetic field in the direction of parallel input and output line (X), vertical bus line (Y), and mounting height (Z) show that,The rate of decay is most significant in the Y direction,220/110 kV side at (2,10,2) and (1.5, 6,2) meters to obtain the optimal installation position scheme.The results provide some theoretical references for further research on the changing characteristics of power frequency electromagnetic field and the optimization of installation path of secondary equipment in substation.
