      组批卫星生产具有研制周期短,成本低,产品保证要求高的特点,特别是在总装集成测试(assembly, integration and test, AIT)研制阶段存在多组星并行研制,资源需求巨大,计划质量保证难度大的风险,需要在管理上建立体系,重构流程,加强控制,识别风险。根据整星AIT工作流程,将AIT工作切割成桌面测试、总装、各种试验等11个任务岛,各任务岛之间界面清晰,内部流程固化,生命周期固定,资源相对独立。基于5M1E分析法对任务岛管理进行了探索,通过任务岛流水化衔接,动态调整人力资源和大型设备,创建同质量集成环境,创新测试任务调配机制,全面有序完成批产AIT研制工作。
英文摘要:
      The production of batch satellites has the characteristics of short development period, low cost and high product quality. In particular, in the development stage of assembly, integration and test, there exists some risks of parallel development of multiple groups of satellites, just like huge resource demand, great difficulty in planning quality assurance and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the process and control the risks for establishing a management system effectively. According to the whole AIT workflow of satelites, the AIT work is cut into 11 tasks including desktop test, assembly and various tests. It has clear interface between each tasks, solidified internal process, fixed life cycle and relatively independent resources. Through the streamline connection of tasks, the dynamic adjustment of human and large equipment, the creation of quality integration environment and the innovation of test-task mechanism, the pipelining management is proposed. Based on the 5M1E analysis method, batch satelites of AIT process can be completed in a comprehensive and orderly manner.
