    摘要:

    为了建立胰岛素评价模型,本文通过提出了一种基于BP神经网络的方法研究了胰岛素评价模型。首先使用含有2型糖尿病患者样本以及正常糖耐量的样本共100例作为研究数据,其次搭建BP神经网络模型,将样本的生理参数输入该网络进行训练,从而获得胰岛素β细胞功能指数与胰岛素抵抗指数,最后对胰岛素β细胞功能指数与胰岛素抵抗指数进行预测。实验结果表明,基于BP神经网络的人体胰岛素评价模型得到胰岛素评价指标的预测值与真值有较好的相关性,其中胰岛β细胞功能指数相关性到达了近90%,可见该模型能很好地评价胰岛素分泌情况。

    Abstract:

    In order to establish an insulin evaluation model, this paper studies the insulin evaluation model by presenting a method based on BP neural network. Firstly, a total of 100 cases containing samples of patients with type 2 diabetes and normal glucose tolerance were used as research data. Secondly, a BP neural network model was built, and the physiological parameters of the samples were input into the network for training, thereby obtaining the insulin β cell function index and insulin resistance index. Finally, the insulin β cell function index and insulin resistance index were predicted. The experimental results show that the predicted value of human insulin evaluation model based on BP neural network has a good correlation with the true value, and the correlation of islet β cell function index has reached nearly 90%, which shows that the model can be very good to evaluate insulin secretion.
