Abstract:In order to study the influence of different quality of hole drilling parameters on the system, this paper used five different apex angle of cutting tool (90 °, 118 °, 140 °, 160 °, 180 °) and different feed speed experiment of CFRP laminates drilling, drilling parameters and hole quality of relationship between fitting, established the evaluation method based on delamination factor, and developed a CFRP drilling process parameters knowledge base system. By analyzing the axial force-time curve, feed rate/tip angle-axial force fitting diagram of different tip angle-bits, and comparing the SEM images of different tip angle-bits, it is found that the larger the bit tip Angle and the larger the feed rate, the greater the axial force and the more serious the exit lamination defect. When the drilling parameters are small top Angle and low feed, the outlet quality is better.
