Abstract:Thermal sealing channeling requirement on the sea, the use of environmentally friendly water-soluble phenolic resin as cross-linking agent and extract system and research and development of nanometer materials with improved heat resistance gel, compared to traditional gel system of the elastic modulus increased by 247%~2155%, and the hydrophilic nano materials joining reinforced gel combining ability of free water, when the dosage of silicon sol 4%, 250 ℃ heat treatment after 30 days without free water precipitation. Thermal sealing channeling through physical model experiment compared the traditional extract gel and improved heat resistance of the gel effect, physical model results show that the improved heat resistance gel in aged 60 days, under the condition of 250 ℃ still plugging rate is more than 80%, for porous media with a permeability of 2~10 D, the plugging rate decreased by less than 10% after continuous erosion of 25 PV, so it has strong scour resistance and plugging persistence. It can meet the needs of hot mining and sealing channeling in the sea.
