针对济南黄河盾构法隧道预制混凝土管片抗弯性能检验的基本要求,在现有试验台的基础上,提出了一种新型拉杆式内力自平衡弯曲试验台,并确定了试验台的结构构造细节和设计参数。通过简化计算和采用软件模拟分析,表明试验台整体和局部的强度、刚度和稳定性可以满足最大加载要求。经过试验应用表明,新型拉杆式内力自平衡弯曲试验台结构构造简单、安装方便、传力明确、成本较低,具有足够的安全性,可以满足预制混凝土管片抗弯性能的检验要求。 |

In view of the basic requirements of testing the bending resistance of precast concrete segments in Jinan Yellow River Shield Tunnel, a new type of tension rod type internal force self-balancing bending test rig is proposed on the basis of the existing test rig, and the structural details and design parameters of the test rig are determined. Through simplified calculation and software simulation analysis, it is shown that the strength, stiffness and stability of the test rig can meet the maximum loading requirements. The test results show that the new type of self-balancing bending test rig with internal force is simple in structure, convenient in installation, clear in force transmission and low in cost. |
