    摘要:

    为了避免小型风力发电机安装方案不当所造成的资源浪费,提出了一种从评估到优化的预安装评估方法。首先分别运用静态、动态生命周期评价方法获得风机生命周期输入总能量。其次利用实验数据与概率论法计算出年发电量。然后根据定义公式得出能量偿还时间,对比使用寿命数据,评估风机绿色效益。最后根据评估结果,针对部分影响因素实施改善分析,以改善风机绿色效益。结果表明:动态生命周期评价方法的绿色效益评估结果更准确,且计算得出的偿还时间有所减少;改善策略能够有效提升风机绿色效益,进而提升评估结果。该方法中的评估模式和部分计算方法可在其他新能源发电产品的评估中推广。

    Abstract:

    In order to avoid the waste of resources caused by improper small wind turbine installation scheme, a pre-installation evaluation method from evaluation to optimization was proposed. Firstly, total energy input of the wind turbine’s life cycle was obtained by using static and dynamic life cycle assessment methods. Secondly, annual power generation was obtained by using experimental data and probability theory. Then energy pay back time was obtained by defining formula, and the green benefits of the wind turbine was evaluate by comparing the pay back time with service life data. At the end, according to the evaluation results, some influencing factors was implemented improvement analysis.The results show that the green benefit evaluation results of the dynamic life cycle assessment method are more accurate, and the energy pay back time has decreased. And these improvement strategies can effectively improve the green benefits of the wind turbine, and then improve the evaluation results.The evaluation model and some calculation methods of this method can be promoted in the evaluation of other new energy power generation products.
