    摘要:

    针对服务于我国南海某FPSO采油平台的9.25英寸柔性立管,根据南海海域实测的海洋环境条件,基于专业的海洋工程软件orcaflex,对该柔性立管进行了整体性能有限元计算,分析了不同波浪方向下,立管运动监测装置质量以及安装位置对立管整体性能的影响。结果表明,波浪方向、立管运动监测装置的质量及其安装位置对立管的整体性能均具有一定的影响,其中,波浪方向主要对立管最大张力值影响较大,而立管运动监测装置的质量及安装位置对立管最小曲率半径和最大张力值影响均比较明显。

    Abstract:

    The finite element calculation of the global performance of the flexible riser is carried out based on the professional offshore engineering software orcaflex for a 9.25-inch flexible riser serving an FPSO production platform in the South China Sea, according to the measured marine environment conditions in the South China Sea. And the influence of the weight and installation position of the riser monitoring device on the global performance of the riser in different wave directions is analyzed. The results show that the wave direction, the weight of the riser monitoring device and its installation position have a certain impact on the global performance of the riser, among which the wave direction has a greater impact on the maximum tension value of the riser, while the weight of the riser monitoring device and its installation position have a significant impact on the minimum curvature radius and the maximum tension value of the riser.
