    摘要:

    针对目前居民区配电装置额定容量不能满足大量电动汽车充电需求的问题,提出了一种考虑充放电接入退出随机性的电动汽车有序充放电控制策略。该策略以峰谷分时电价为背景,使电动汽车在负荷高峰时段向电网馈电、在负荷低谷时段充电以实现削峰填谷,在充放电起始和结束时刻进行一定的随机性处理,使得负荷曲线更加平滑,避免总负荷瞬时突变。最后通过时序仿真验证了本文所提出有序充放电控制策略的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that that the output fluctuation of renewable energy may affect the stable operation of regional power grid, a real-time control strategy using electric vehicles to smooth regional load fluctuation is proposed. Firstly, the charging energy boundary model is established to determine the charging and discharging margin of EV at each moment, considering the dispatching capability of EV. Secondly, the first-order filter algorithm is used to determine the total dispatching power of aggregated electric vehicles. Finally, the total charging power of aggregated electric vehicles is determined and power distribution is carried out. Finally, the effectiveness of the ordered charge and discharge control strategy proposed in this paper is verified by time series simulation.
