      通过量筒沉积试验分析了不同浓度的尾矿泥浆沉积变化历程及泥水分离规律,并根据矿山实际生产情况开展逐级堆排沉积柱试验,获取尾矿泥浆沉积后不同深度处的物理参数,从而得到逐级堆排下泥浆沉积特性,并采用灰色关联分析法分析各参数之间的影响。结果表明:铝土尾矿泥浆沉积稳定后泥水分界面高度与泥浆含泥量密切相关,与泥浆浓度无关,推测矿山常用排放浓度30%的泥水分离比为1:1.018;各堆排层间存在“锁水”现象,含水量、密度、孔隙比、渗透系数、压缩系数和体积压缩系数等物理参数沿深度方向上存在逐级分段、各级相互独立的特性;且各物理参数之间存在相互影响的复杂关系,其中含水量对其它物理参数的影响显著,含水量对密度、孔隙比、渗透系数、压缩系数的关联程度依次为:0.945、0.952、0.856、0.889。

      According to the actual production situation of the mine, the step-by-step pile discharge sedimentation column was carried out, and the physical parameters of the different depth after the tailings slurry deposition was obtained , so as that the deposition characteristics of the step-by-step pile discharge slurry was obtained. Besides, the gray correlation analysis method was used to analyze the influence of the parameters. The results show that the interface height of mud water is closely related to the mud content when the mud deposition of bauxite tailings is stable, but it is not to do with the mud concentration. It is speculated that the mud water separation ratio of 30% of the mine discharge concentration is 1:1.018; there is "water locking" phenomenon between the layers of each pile discharge, and the physical parameters such as water content, density, void ratio, permeability coefficient, compression coefficient and volume compression coefficient are along the depth direction It has the characteristics of stage by stage and each level is independent of each other; there is a complex relationship between the physical parameters, among which the water content has a significant impact on other physical parameters. The correlation degree of water content on density, void ratio, permeability coefficient and compression coefficient is 0.945, 0.952, 0.856 and 0.889 in order.
