    摘要:

    为了解决高压电力检修中设备使用混乱,施工人员操作不规范而导致制度防范、人力防范不足,进而危害生命安全的问题,基于互联网+,通过将指纹识别、GSM/GPS通信、蓝牙通信、嵌入式微处理器、电源管理等技术相结合,并通过服务器、数据库、APP等现代科学技术途径,研究了对高压电力检修设备中的验电器和接地线使用的智能化管理。结果表明:对检修设备智能化跟踪式管理方式,提高了设备使用效率和安全性;对施工人员操作过程的细致化管理,提高了施工的安全系数,大大降低了触电事故的发生;采用数据库记录使用历史,对落实安全责任事故起到了充分保障。可见,采用有效合理的技术管理手段,可以解决一些人力制度解决不了的问题,也是创新发展必须要迈出的步伐。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the chaotic use of equipments in high-voltage power maintenance and the unstandardized personnel, resulting inadequate regime prevention and manpower prevention, thus engage life safety issues. Based on Internet+, by fingerprint recognition, GSM/GPS communication, Bluetooth communication, embedded micro Processors, power management, combining those technologies and by modern scientific and technological methods such as servers, databases, and APPs. The intelligentized management of electroscopes and grounding wires in high-voltage power maintenance equipments’ uses has been studied. The results have been shown that this mode of the intelligent tracking management for the maintenance equipments improved the equipments’ efficiency and safety; the meticulous management for the construction personnel's operation process improved the construction safety factor and greatly reduced electric shock accidents’ occurrences ; The database record’s use history fully guaranteed the implementation of safety responsibility accidents. Thus it can be proved that the adoption of effective and reasonable technical management methods surely solved some problems which cannot be solved by human resources’ regime and it must be taken for pace of innovation and development.
