    摘要:

    泡沫驱是一种重要的提升原油采收率技术。本文通过多重点击反应,采用一锅法合成了一种巨型表面活性剂类稳泡剂HPOSS-PS25,利用HPOSS-PS25较高的表面活性及较强的增粘性能,显著改善了起泡液的起泡性能及其泡沫稳定性、粘弹性。通过稳泡实验及泡沫流动实验测定并分析了HPOSS-PS25对起泡液起泡能力及泡沫稳定性、调驱性能的影响。结果发现,与HPAM/SDS泡沫及起泡体系相比,HPOSS-PS25/SDS体系起泡200 ml所用起泡时间缩短了40.1%,为42.3 s;泡沫消泡半衰期提升了128.0%,达871.4 s;50℃阻力因子提高了28.8%,达985。

    Abstract:

    Foam flooding is an important technology to improve oil recovery. In this work, a kind of giant surfactant HPOSS-PS25 was synthesized by one pot method with multiple clicks reaction. By introducing its high surface activity and viscosification property, the foaming property, foam stability and viscoelasticity of the foaming solution were improved remarkably. Meanwhile, through foam stabilization experiment and foam flow experiment, the influence of HPOSS-PS25 on foaming ability, foam stability and profile control and displacement was measured and analyzed in detail. From the experiments results, compared with HPAM/SDS, the foaming time of 200 ml as for HPOSS-PS25/SDS was reduced by 40.1% to be 42.3 s, and defoaming half-life was increased by 128.0% up to 871.4 s. Furthermore, the resistance factor at 50℃ was enhanced by 28.8% up to 985.
