      以江苏某工业园区为例,本文介绍了园区供热系统中的基本组件构成,根据用户侧需求建立了Matlab仿真模型,通过PID控制模型对供暖过程中的各个部件的损失以及响应进行了分析,并对各个部件的参数进行了模拟优化。结果表明:理想状态下,系统可以在控制系统下正常运行,但是部分参数需要寻求最优值,当管道横截面积为1 m2,管道长度为100 m时,该供热系统整体效果达到最优,综合考虑换热器效率和保温材料导热系数,保温材料的影响效果更大,应该优先考虑,以上为区域供热的参数设计以及部件选择提供了依据。
英文摘要:
      An industrial park in Jiangsu is taken as an example, the basic components of the heating system in the park are introduced in this paper. The Matlab simulation model was established according to the users’ side and then the loss and response of various components in the heating process were carried out through the PID control model. Also, the parameters of the individual components were optimized through the system simulation. The results show that: the system can operate normally under the control system in an ideal state, and there exsist some optical parameters for the best performance. When the cross-sectional area of the pipeline is 1 m2, the length of the pipeline is 100 m, the overall effect of the heating system is optimal. Considering the efficiency of the heat exchanger and the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation material, the effect of the thermal insulation material is greater, which should be considered first in the design process. These could provide the basis for the parameter design and component selection of district heating.
