    身管是火炮武器的重要部分,其性能状态决定了火炮的使用寿命。将随机Wiener过程应用于火炮身管的剩余寿命预测,通过极大似然法估计模型参数,并利用Bayesian方法对参数进行更新,提高参数的估计精度。以某型火炮为应用对象进行寿命预测,得到了不同射弹发数条件下剩余寿命的概率密度函数和可靠度函数曲线,且预测精度随着射弹发数的增加逐渐提高。应用实例表明了本文方法的可行性,对火炮身管寿命预测具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Barrel is an important part of artillery weapons, its performance state determines the service life of gun. Wiener process with random effect was used for residual lifetime prediction for gun barrel in this paper, the model parameters were estimated by maximum likelihood method, and then updated through Bayesian method in order to improve the estimation accuracy. Finally, a certain type of gun was used as an example for residual lifetime prediction, the probability density function and reliability function curves of the residual lifetime under different projectiles conditions were obtained, and the prediction accuracy was improved gradually with the increase of projectiles. The application example shows the feasibility of the present approach in this paper, and it has some reference value for gun barrel’s residual lifetime prediction.
