    摘要:

    为了解决飞机驾驶舱手轮故障诊断的不确定性和复杂性,提出了基于贝叶斯网络的故障诊断方法。首先,利用K-S检验方法验证故障数据服从指数分布,再通过极大似然估计算法实现参数优化,得到基本事件最优故障率;其次,根据驾驶舱手轮的故障树构建贝叶斯网络;最后,将故障率代入贝叶斯网络模型进行分析。实例结果表明,该BN网络模型具有较高的可靠性和准确性,能为机务人员迅速做出判断和高效维修提供有力支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the uncertainty and complexity of flight deck wheel fault diagnosis, a fault diagnosis method based on Bayesian Network was proposed. Firstly, the K-S test method was used to verify that the fault data obey the exponential distribution, and then the maximum likelihood estimation algorithm was used to optimize the parameters to obtain the optimal failure rate of basic events. Secondly, the Bayesian Network was constructed according to the failure tree of flight deck wheel. Finally, the failure rate was put into Bayesian Network model for analysis. The results show that the BN network model has high reliability and accuracy, which can provide strong support for the maintenance personnel to make quick judgment and efficient maintenance.
