      为了快速评定沥青抗老化性能,本文通过FTIR测试,对抗老化改性沥青老化前后官能团变化进行定性与定量分析;通过不同评价标准,对比官能团指数变化率与残留针入度比之间的相关系数,分析官能团指数变化率与常规指标相关性;并利用FTIR法推定抗氧剂1010在抗老化改性沥青中的含量。结果表明,FTIR法可以准确地推定抗老化改性沥青中抗氧剂1010的含量;官能团指数变化率与残留针入度比有好的线性关系,因此利用FTIR可以快速评定沥青抗老化性能,避免了常规试验的缺点。
英文摘要:
      In order to quickly evaluate the anti-aging performance of asphalt, this paper conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis on the changes of functional groups before and after aging of anti-aging modified asphalt by FTIR test;Through different evaluation standards, the correlation coefficients between the rate of change of functional group index and residual needle penetration ratio were compared and analyzed, and the correlation between FTIR and conventional test evaluation of anti-aging performance was analyzed;Use FTIR method to determine the content of Irganox 1010 in anti-aging modified asphalt. The results show that FTIR method can accurately determine the content of Irganox 1010 in anti-aging modify asphalt.There is a good linear relationship between the rate of change of functional group index and the ratio of residual penetration. Therefore, FTIR can be used to evaluate the anti-aging performance of asphalt quickly and avoid the disadvantages of conventional test.
