      置换混凝土加固是处理混凝土强度偏低或有严重缺陷的有效方法之一。针对某高层住宅高位楼层局部剪力墙混凝土强度不满足设计强度的问题,采用微膨胀水泥基灌浆料进行分段置换。设计了详细的分段置换方案;采用PKPM软件分析墙体拆除过程中承载力、变形发展情况;在此基础上,制定必要的支撑方案;采用裂缝监测、位移监测、应变监测手段对施工过程进行控制,确保施工过程安全。施工完成后的持续监测和超声波检测结果显示该置换方案满足设计要求,并达到预期加固效果。
英文摘要:
      Replacement strengthening is one of the effective methods to deal with low strength or serious defects of concrete. To address the problem that the concrete strength of partial shear walls do not meet the design requirements in upper floors of a high-rise residential building, the micro-expansion, cement-based grouting material is used for segmental replacement. The detailed replacement scheme is developed. PKPM software was used to analyze bearing capacities and deformations of the walls during the demolition process, and the necessary support program was proposed. Moreover, crack monitoring, displacement monitoring and strain monitoring are adopted to control and ensure the safety of the construction process. The results of continuous monitoring and ultrasonic testing after construction show that the replacement scheme meets the design requirements and achieves the expected effect.
