    摘要:

    针对配电网常见的安全隐患和传统组合赋权法中综合权重选取的组合系数依据不足的缺陷,提出统计偏差修正的层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-反熵权法(Anti-entropy Weight Method,AEWD)的组合赋权法综合评估模型。首先构建配电网隐患指标体系,分别使用层次分析法和反熵权法计算综合评估模型的主客观权重,然后根据统计偏差理论计算组合系数,进而计算出配电网隐患的风险值,最后以某地区配电网六个月的隐患记录进行实例分析。通过与传统组合赋权法对比证明了该模型合理有效且更具有泛用性。

    Abstract:

    A comprehensive evaluation model of the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and anti-entropy Weight Method (AEWD) with correction of statistical deviation is put forward for the common security hidden dangers of distribution network and the defects of insufficient basis of combination coefficient selected in traditional combination weighting Method. Firstly, the hidden dangers index system of distribution network is constructed, and the Analytic hierarchy process and Anti-entropy weight method are respectively used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of the comprehensive evaluation model. Then the combination coefficient is calculated according to the the theory of statistical deviation, and then the risk value of hidden dangers of distribution network is calculated. Finally, the hidden dangers of distribution network in a certain region for six months are analyzed with an example. Compared with the traditional combination weighting method, this model is proved to be reasonable, effective and more general.
